Vijayanta Mat. Hr. Sec. School is primarily a management school for the welfare of the wards of the H.V.F. employees and Allied Establishments. The school was started in the year 1997 and has kept pace in line with the local scenario and Academic Requirements and has established itself as a reputed Higher Secondary School. We are proud that the school has compleated the glorious FIVE years of appreciable and noble service in the field of education and is marching ahead with renewed energy and vigour.

| We have introduced novel/innovative methods so that the children can take up the rapid changes in the curricular and extra - curricular environment, with the active participation of the Head Master and most of the teaching staff. We have a well qualified team of faculties who can take up any challenge in the academic areas and strive for the improvement of the educational standards. Speaking in english was made compulsary to increase the fluency of expression in addition to this the students are exposed to various club activities, Inter-House competitions, Special Assemblies etc. The Class Magazine of the students speaks volumes about their creative abilities and talents in the field of Arts, Science, Literature and Information Technology. We give ample opportunities to bring out the hidden and inheritant talents of students by exposing them to various activities. We are proud that our efforts yielded appreciable results. |

| We propose to call this academic year as the YEAR OF EXCELLENCE and trust that we wil achieve own targets of our academic endeavors. Our dream is to bring the school as one of the best schools in the Tamil Nadu Education Map and we hope to achieve this task as we are marching towards this task. We trust that the coming years will bring fame and many more Laurels to the school. It is true that nothing can be considerd too small and nothing too big in this task. We take pride in giving our students ample oppotunities to exploit their potentials, which will boost up their moral and their all round personality.
